By 1897 most of our nearby streets have assumed their familiar
positions. Our Waterman was mis-labeled "Portland Place" and there is
an extra McPherson, possibly a drafting error, just north of it. The
two sides of Portland were called "Place" and "Park", as were the two
sides of Westmoreland. (The "Portland Place" label is a block too far
north on the map.)
